In 1982 Buddy Rich filmed 3 shows at the Statler Hotel in NYC. These tapes were remastered and edited to show the drum master in his prime featuring guests such as Gerry Mulligan, Mel Torme, Woody Herman, Ray Charles, Stan Getz, and Lionel Hampton.
