Idol Gossip
Gerry Mulligan’s album “Idol Gossip” produced in collaboration with his great friend, Hank O’Neal, was released in 1976 by Chiaroscuro Records.
Following it’s release, the Gerry Mulligan Sextet toured Europe, performing many of the tunes from the album. Recordings of the live performances from that tour – specifically from Stuttgart, Germany on November 22, 1977 – were released recently on CD as part of the Legends Live series by Arthaus Musik on the Jazzhaus label.
